  Guy went to the back to get a phone case I waited for about 5 minutes he came back and was walking to a different table. I said did you forget about me he said yes was distracted helping another employee with their issue

  Horrible unorganized store. When I went in no one greeted me and the store is set up where you do not know where to go. I waited 45 minutes to be aknowledged then they were OUT of sim cards. if someone would have asked what I needed help with I could have been on my way. gave 1 star because it made me to do review. people were constantly coming in and leaving. there were 3 people working. this store lost alot of revenue way more than they made during the 45 minutes I was there. whoever came up with this concept was way off base. After talking with others this is a regular occurance. wow bad, bad, bad.
